Tobiasz Stanford, 23, wanted to make a point that disposable vapes aren’t expendable as is claimed.So he picked up around 80 vapes and wired them up to a scooter he bought from £30 on eBay.The scooter is fully functioning and “very reliable”, said CGI and visual effects grad Tobiasz.He now wants to raise awareness about the effect vapes are having on the environment.
